What I learned

This role at Ludosens was particularly formative, as it helped me understand what inclusive, accessible communication really involves. I learned to design content and materials that account for the sensitivities, pace and specific needs of the audiences supported around neurodiversity and mental health — something that profoundly changed the way I think about communication and marketing.

Working within a multidisciplinary team also taught me to collaborate with different professional profiles, adapt to constraints and turn high-impact social projects into clear, engaging and consistent messaging, while respecting the organisation's values and objectives.
